Our Service presents educational courses and digital materials that are hosted, sold, and delivered strictly through third-party merchants, specifically Gumroad and Udemy.

We do not directly process payments, store credit card details, or host user course accounts on www.learningtodj.com. When you select a course or service to purchase, you will be redirected to the respective third-party platform. All purchases, transactions, billing, and user account creations are subject to the terms of service, privacy policies, and checkout procedures of Gumroad or Udemy.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Because purchases are processed through third-party platforms:

Udemy & Gumroad Purchases: Refunds, cancellations, and access terms for courses bought on Udemy or Gumroad are governed entirely by the refund policies of those respective platforms.

1-on-1 Coaching & Direct Services: If 1-on-1 private lessons or custom consultation services are booked directly through us or via a specialized checkout link, all 1-on-1 bookings are final and non-refundable once scheduled, unless cancelled directly by AQUA FLAMINGO LABS INC.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding third-party platform frameworks), features, logos, branding, and instructional materials are and will remain the exclusive property of AQUA FLAMINGO LABS INC. and its licensors. Content from www.learningtodj.com may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our prior written consent.

Our Service contains links to third-party websites or services (including Gumroad and Udemy) that are not owned or controlled by AQUA FLAMINGO LABS INC. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge that AQUA FLAMINGO LABS INC. shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your reliance on third-party services.
