Hi L2DJ Community!
Quick update just wanted to give a little heads up about the new website refresh we did for the blog ahead of the launch of the new DJ course in development. We recently changed our main theme to a new block-focused theme from the prior 2016 WordPress view.
Why Redesign?
The intention was to modernize and make navigation and finding what you’re looking for easier – including a new search bar and hygiene clean up of the categories to better reflect how the content on the site is organized. You can see various social links available to follow us on our YouTube Channel and Instagram where we post information about educational resources and new DJ tutorials and DJ courses.
The reality is that this DJ blog has plenty of great resources, but if people can find the article, they aren’t of much use so part of moving in that direction involves modernizing.
Seeking Feedback and input on the new DJ course
I’m still working to adjust to the new theme so if you spot any issues or oddities, please do reach out and let me know. I’m hoping this refresh will serve to improve the content discovery and user experience for the site.
As mentioned in my February Beginner to Intermediate for Electronic Music Update, I’m working through building out the course to host on Udemy but want to backfill this blog with various free resources.
